2. Service Content
The App provides the following core functions:
Calorie Record: Helps users record daily dietary calorie intake.

AI Food Recognition: Allows users to submit images or text of foods, which are processed (including via third-party APIs) to estimate calorie content.

Statistics: Provides daily, weekly, and monthly calorie consumption and dietary data.


3. User Behavior
Legal Use: Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the App for any illegal activities.

Accurate Data: Calorie and dietary data provided by the user should be true and accurate. False data may lead to inaccurate recommendations or analysis results.

No Abuse of Functionality: Users may not modify, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the App.

AI Feature Compliance: When using AI food recognition, users must only submit images or text of foods they are authorized to share. Users must not submit content that infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable laws.


4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the App, including but not limited to text, images, interfaces, trademarks, and software, is the property of the App or its rights holders and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express permission.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App, its functions, or its data.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party advertisements, links, or AI-generated calorie estimates. AI-calculated results are for reference only and should not replace professional dietary advice.


6. Privacy Policy
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store your information, including images or text submitted for AI food recognition and third-party API processing.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance when possible.
8. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [your region]. In case of disputes, both parties should attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to the courts of [your region].
9. Modification of the User Agreement

10. Fees
We offer both free and paid Services. If you choose to subscribe to a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees ("Fees") as quoted when you purchase the Service. Taxes may apply based on your billing information. You are responsible for all charges related to using the purchased Service (e.g., data charges, currency exchange settlements). Fees are payable in the currency quoted at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change eligible currencies or prices at any time, except where prohibited by law. If a specific duration and Fee are offered, the Fee remains in force for that duration.
